Hello, Kort McCulley here, and I want to talk to you about delivering the education experience for me. This is where the magic's at. You spent all the time and energy creating the vision, making the plan design, and creating the unique investment strategy to go along with that design. You set out the annual service plan and have those key indicators to monitor progress.
Now you're getting the opportunity to take everything you've built and put it in a one-on-one environment with who it's built for and who it's here to serve. Is that all the employees? That could be the subset of the employees. This is the opportunity you get to take this out and put it in their hands, and they begin to utilize and take advantage of a customized solution for them.
And so I love this part. This is where I put energy into all of it, but I put a lot of energy into this phase. This is where we want to ensure they get as much out of it as possible. Not only, but you can also create all the great stuff on the front end. If you don't deliver the education experience, we can see a complete fall off, and it hasn't been successful.
So when I get to this point, this is why one-on-one is so important. I pour myself into this phase to make sure. The program becomes a success and is met with a one-on-one face-to-face, even if it's over Zoom. However, it has to be done today. But if it is individualized and focused, results are generally incredible.
